The ability to create individualized ceremonies marking the special moments in life drew Ricki to the training provided by Celebrant USA. “When my husband and I wanted to get married, we had a very hard time finding an officiant who understood our desire to make our wedding special. As a Celebrant, I can make sure that no couple or family feels uncomfortable because they want an individualized ceremony.” As a college history professor and celebrant, Ricki has found tremendous rewards in assisting couples and families as they create their own moments in history, memorialized in personalized and meaningful ceremonies for weddings, anniversaries, baby blessings, commitment ceremonies, and pet recognitions which reflect the uniqueness of their own story and their love.
