Our rituals and traditions help to define who we are and add dimension to our lives. Through honoring these we pay tribute to ourselves and to those around us. A ritual can be as simple as a special time set aside to share our day with others or as complex as a wedding or commitment ceremony. What traditions we use and how we create them is only limited by our imagination.

I have had the opportunity to travel the world and observe and participate in many different rituals and traditions. I have come to appreciate the significance that these play in our lives and how we can incorporate them into our traditions.
